Kittens up to 35 days of age - Mix the kitten milk powder with room temperature water (75F) at a rate of 1 tablespoon (Tbsp) of powder to 2 Tbsp of water. Supplementation over 35 days of age - Powder can be used to top dress food by sprinkling dry mix at a rate of 1 Tbsp of powder per 15 lb body weight, up to twice a day. If a liquid supplement is desired, simply mix 1 Tbsp of prepared milk replacer per 5 lb of body weight into the cat's daily food ration. Refrigerate remaining mixed formula. Shake well before using and discard after 24 hours.
