With The Breeders Cupboard 45 -day web return policy. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same, new condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is the result of an error made on our part we will cover the cost of shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a product defect or shipping error. Return Shipping Charges are not covered by TBC and the customers responsibility Unless it is our error or a defective product.

If you’d like to exchange your product for something else, please proceed with placing a new order. Placing the new order right away will ensure that you’ll get your item(s) quickly and that it won’t go out of stock. A full refund will be issued once your returned product is received and processed. So long as the item is in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging. The shipping charges and any return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Once your return is received and (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.
