Package Protection

Add more peace of mind to your order! Our team works closely with our shippers to ensure your packages arrive perfectly to you. Package Protection ensures that if your package is lost in the mail or damaged that it will be replaced at no charge to you.

Here is how it works if you have not received your package, but it is marked as "delivered" or "lost":

• With Package Protection:  Please wait two days (there is oftentimes a delay) and then contact us with your order number and the details of your package status. Your order will be replaced at no cost to you. ( We do need to ensure the package is lost prior to replacing the item and there maybe a couple extra days to work witht the carrier)
• Without Package Protection: Please wait two days (there is oftentimes a delay) and then please contact the carrier directly to see what action they will take. Please note the carriers will only cover lost and damaged items to $100 plus shipping expenses.
